Anna McDonald is a Research Associate at the Center for Analysis of Longitudinal Data in Education Research (CALDER) at AIR, where she supports quantitative education research. Her work involves analyzing student-level data, estimating the impacts of interventions on student outcomes, and sharing findings with district leaders through clear, comprehensive reports.

Before joining AIR, McDonald interned with the Early Childhood Policy team at the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics and public policy from the University of North Carolina.
