The SPARC Center brings together leading national experts on the special education teacher workforce and education policy to catalyze enduring and meaningful improvements to long-standing challenges with the composition, distribution, stability, and effectiveness of the special education workforce. The SPARC Center’s mixed-methods program of research will be the most rigorous, cohesive, and sustained line of work on the SET workforce to date.
