Lynn Holdheide
Lynn Holdheide, Ed.M., is a managing technical assistance consultant at AIR. With 15 years of experience in providing high-quality technical assistance nationally and over a decade of experience at the state, district, and educator preparation levels, Holdheide brings a wealth of expertise to the project. She is a senior advisor for the Office of Special Education Programs funded Collaboration for Effective Educator Development, Accountability, and Reform (CEEDAR) Center, Principal Investigator for the Lead IDEA Center, and previously served as the director of the federally funded Center on Great Teachers and Leaders until September 2019.
Holdheide is renowned for her work in addressing educator shortages, creating pathways into the education profession, designing high-quality evaluation and professional learning systems, mentoring and induction programs, registered teacher apprenticeship programs, and special education and students with disabilities.
